Welcome to use i-Ride TAIPEI online reservation system.
Thank you for using i-Ride TAIPEI online reservation system. In order to protect the rights of visitors as well as i-Ride TAIPEI, please read the following information related to reservations carefully prior to using the System.
- If you would like to change your reservation, you will have to cancel the original reservation first before making a new one.
- Please go to “Change / Cancel” page if you want to check or cancel your reservation.
- The system provides the following services: Online reservation, reservation status inquiry, reservation cancellation, and visitor information, etc.
- This system is online 24-hours a day. It provides the reservations from 30 days (including visiting day) to 3 days before the date of visit. Same day reservations are not available.
- In order to protect visitors´ rights and maintain visiting quality, if any of the following conditions occur, i-Ride TAIPEI will cancel the visitors´ current reservation and limit/revoke his/her privilege of making further reservations.
If the incident results in any loss or damage, i-Ride TAIPEI reserves the right to claim compensation from the user:- After making reservations, if users do not show up without prior cancellation for 3 times or more;
- If users makes a large number of reservations and then arbitrarily cancel those reservations within a short amount of time, violating other visitors´ rights,
- Visitors who violate Visiting Policy and ignore the advice or warnings from the staff.
- While group reservations are available for up to 20 people. Please call the service hotline if you have more than 20 people.
- This system does not provide the same reservation within 3 days. Please check your time of visit before making a reservation.
If users make more than 3 reservations with the same name, phone, or email, i-Ride TAIPEI reserves the right to cancel the user's current reservation. - After successful reservation, the system will automatically generate your reservation order page, and send a confirmation email to you.
Please keep the email as the information in the mail is needed for check-in, status inquiry, and cancellation.
* If you provide a free or incorrect email address so that the mail is not delivered, i-Ride TAIPEI will not provide additional notifications. - If you would like to change your reservation, you will have to cancel the original reservation first before making a new one.
- Your reservation cannot be altered or deleted after 5pm the day prior to your visit.
- In order to protect visitors´ rights and maintain visiting quality, i-Ride TAIPEI reserves the right not to allow visitors that exceed the original number of persons in the reservation.
- Please read the visitor information prior to visiting i-Ride TAIPEI .
- In order to maintain visiting quality, please follow the regulations set forth by i-Ride TAIPEI . Any violation of the rules will result in warnings, stopping of behavior/act, denial of admission, and/or dismissal from the venue.
- i-Ride TAIPEI reserves the right to adjust the reservation policy. Any change of the policy will be announced on the website. We will not inform individually.
